Welcome to Yappoo ("Platform" or "APP"). The Platform is provided and controlled by Yappoo (" Yappoo ", "we" or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are written in English (US). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Yappoo . If any translated version of the Terms Agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

We know that the use of your personal data by others is a major concern for social network users, so Yappoo has developed this Policy to let you know how we use personal information ("Personal Data" or "Personal Information"). We recommend that you read this Policy in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). When you visit or use Yappoo , you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. Yappoo reserves the right to change this Policy at any time without prior notice, so be sure to review this Policy regularly to understand how we use your information. By installing, using, registering or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and expressly and knowingly consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1. Information You Provide to Yappoo

a . Your personal data

To join Yappoo, you need to provide us with your information to facilitate making friends, such as your nickname, gender, date of birth. Since you have control over your user profile, you can access these details at any time by visiting your "Profile" page. You can correct or update your information at any time by simply logging in to Yappoo.

c. Uploaded Content

When you upload photos, edit your personal information , or comment on other users' content , you agree to share the text information, pictures, audio and video you posted with us. If you do not want to provide such information, please do not use the content publishing related functions.

Please note that Yappoo is a free social application that provides you with a platform to easily make friends. When using the Service, you should assume that any content you post or submit will be publicly viewed and accessible, both by users of the Service and those not. Viewers may share your information to other websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. You may also use our messaging/charting features, which allow you to communicate with other users publicly and/or privately. We recommend and encourage you (and all of our users) to carefully consider the information you disclose about yourself. We also do not recommend that you place email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identification numbers, driver's license details, and other sensitive information in your profile, as this information can be easily abused and misused. Please be cautious about posting sensitive information about yourself on your profile, such as your religious denomination and health details. When you post information about yourself or use messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. We reserve the right to terminate your account if any content you post is inconsistent with our Terms of Service.

d. Chat

You can use Yappoo services to chat with other registered users, and freely choose text chat and/or voice chat according to your needs. We will collect information about your activities, including who you chat with, when you chat, and how long you chat. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we will not access the chat content, including your text and/or voice messages. If you do not want to provide such information, please do not use chat-related features.

e. Help and Support

If you have any feedback or suggestions, or want to make a complaint about the Yappoo app or service, you can provide your opinions through "My" - "Settings" - " Feedback " in our app. You need to describe the problem and upload text to help us understand your problem and find a solution. We will receive your feedback and respond.

B. Personal information automatically collected when you use our applications

When you use Yappoo , we will collect certain information from your device, including device model, device ID (Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, Mac address), software list, device operation status information, operating system version, network log, Internet connection status, software usage record and IP address. We collect this information for error analysis and anti-spam measures to ensure that you can use Yappoo normally and protect the security of your account. The above information is the basic information we need to provide you with services. If you refuse to provide such device information, we may not be able to provide you with normal services. We may also use the above information that we automatically collect from your device to improve and optimize our product experience. In such cases, we only process your device information based on your authorization and/or other available legal basis stipulated by applicable data protection laws.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Storage: Yappoo is a global social application, and if you reside in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your personal data may not provide you with the same protection as in your country of residence. By submitting your personal information, or choosing to upgrade the services you use, or using the applications available on Yappoo , you consent to the transfer of your personal information to any such countries and destinations and the storage and processing of your personal information in those countries.

B. Retention: We generally retain your personal data for as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you services. This includes data you or others provide to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our services. In some cases, we choose to retain certain information in a depersonalized or aggregated form (for example, insights about service usage).

5. Security

Yappoo has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal information. Yappoo uses reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, such as using firewalls to protect servers. Yappoo's technical experts work hard to ensure that you are safe when using our website. Although we take reasonable precautions to prevent possible security breaches of our website, member databases and records, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that authorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information secure (including your password) and to log out of your account after use. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is transmitted to our website. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we have procedures and security features in place to try to prevent authorized access.

6. Deleting your account

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Before you submit a request to delete your account (a "Deletion Request"), please ensure that your account meets the following requirements:

a. Account in good standing: Your account (including other related services, such as your Yappoo wallet account) is in good standing and is not the subject of any ongoing investigation, penalty, or allegation for violation of our Terms of Use and/or applicable laws and regulations;

b. No Open Transactions: There should not be any pending orders, payment obligations, refunds, deliveries, returns and/or disputes in your account. Your most recent order must have been completed and delivered at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of this removal request;

Yappoo account should not have any virtual item balance (including diamonds, coins ). Please make sure that you have used up all virtual item balance in your account, or you can choose to give up the remaining balance to continue the account deletion process;

Any other standards that Yappoo may notify you from time to time.

Deleting your account

Open the Yappoo app and log in, tap Mine > Settings > Delete Account > Confirm to delete your account.

Provided that the above deletion conditions are met and/or waived, the account will be deleted immediately upon your request.

If you delete your account:

a. You cannot regain access to your account.

b. Certain information, such as messages, comments, opinions and other content or information you submit to the Platform, will not be stored in your account. This means that even if your account is deleted, other users may continue to have access to the messages you send and the comments, opinions or other content you post on the Platform.

Even if you delete your account, we may still retain certain log data in our databases, but this data will be separated from any identifying information so that it can no longer be associated with your account. To do this, we periodically remove certain identifying information from this log data and replace any instances of your account ID with a replacement identifier that, once deleted, can no longer be associated with your account.

We may also retain your information for legal issues, violations of our terms, or to prevent harm.

Please further note that the deletion of your account is irreversible. You understand that once you delete your account, we will no longer be able to provide you with Yappoo services and will not be able to collect your personal information. Therefore, we recommend that you exercise caution when choosing to delete your account.

7. Your rights

Yappoo user specific rights, which are listed in this section. Under applicable law, you may have all or some of the following rights. We will respond to your request as soon as possible (usually within one month) in accordance with applicable law after going through appropriate verification procedures. You are generally free of charge to exercise these rights, unless we believe that a fee is required under applicable law.

Right to data portability: If the information is collected based on your consent, you can ask us to transfer some of your personal information to you or another environment specified by you (if technically feasible) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format by (a) using the " Feedback " function on the Yappoo Service , or (b) sending us an email request at developer@xiaoxigeek.com

e. Right to withdraw consent: If the information is collected based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent and ask us to stop collecting or processing your personal information at any time by (a) using the " Feedback " function on the Yappoo Service or (b) sending us a request via email. Your exercise of this right will not affect the processing activities that occurred before your withdrawal.

f. Yappoo asks for system permissions

To provide you with a complete Yappoo product and/or service experience, we may need to request access to certain system permissions on your device (excluding permissions invoked by third parties) in order to collect necessary personal information. Although this was mentioned in the previous section, this section will provide a more systematic and comprehensive explanation of all the system permissions required by Yappoo, aiming to offer you a transparent and clear description of how these permissions are used.

We only request permissions that are relevant and necessary for the services we provide, strictly adhering to the principle of minimal necessity to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information. You may choose whether to authorize these permissions:

a. Notification: After you grant us push notification permission, we will send you push notifications so that you can receive and understand our notifications in a timely manner. If you refuse to allow such access rights, you will not be able to receive our notifications.

b. Access to photo albums and storage: After you grant us this access permission, we will access your photo albums and use the storage function on your device. It will be used for you to upload text, pictures, videos and other content in your device, and cache the text, pictures and video content generated during your use of Yappoo services. Please note that we will not access your local storage content. If you refuse to grant us such access permission, you will not be able to use the features that require this access permission.

c. Microphone access: Once you grant us this access permission, we will use the microphone on your device and recognize the voice information you transmit. This access permission will be used to perform voice input and voice changing functions, and collect and recognize voice information input when these functions are triggered. If you refuse to allow this access permission, you will not be able to use the functions that require this access permission.

d . Camera permissions

Once you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This function will be used to take photos and record videos, and collect and identify the pictures and videos taken or recorded during the implementation of the above functions. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.

e . Appear on top permission

f . Device information access rights

After you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect your corresponding device information for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying whether it is a commonly used device, and device binding status. If you are an Android user, your refusal to grant this authorization will result in your inability to use this product and/or service normally. If you are an iOS user, you may not be able to directly refuse or close the above authorization due to the limitations of the iOS system, but for some device information (for example, IDFA information, which is subject to the actual situation updated from time to time by the iOS system policy), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. Our APP can only connect to the Internet after you agree to enable this permission. 9. Children’s Privacy

Yappoo does not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18 , nor does it intentionally allow such persons to register. If you are a child as defined by applicable law, please do not attempt to send us any information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number or email address, without the permission of your parents or legal representatives.

Yappoo provides any personal information. Taking into account the current technology, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to verify that the above consent is given by the child's representative. When we learn that we have collected personal information of a child without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Children's personal data may be collected without the above consent when the collection is necessary to contact parents or legal representatives, one-time use and not storage, or for their protection, and in any case, the data shall not be passed to third parties without the consent provided herein. You acknowledge that any transmission may be intercepted. Yappoo does not warrant that its services or the servers that make the services available or the electronic communications transmitted are free of viruses, worms, horses and other destructive features.
